    It’s always best to take your time so you don’t hurt your body. Crash diets can be awful and really only lead to more weight gain. Focus on getting fit and healthy and the weight will come off for you.

    Hi, it’s important to eating a healthy well balanced diet and try to avoid salty junk food and rich desserts. You will also need to exercise at least 3-4 times a week for at least 30 of cardio followed by 30 minutes combined of resistance training like ab work, leg exercises, pushups, etc. to help tone and build muscle. I’m not a believer in losing weight fast so I really recommend you lose no more than 1-2 pounds per week, so it will probably take about 2-3 months.

    Great exercises and tips. Any advise for me who has paralyzed left leg. I walk with crutches. But to work my abs, I can do right leg lifts and squeezing my abs with crunches. Any thing else. Lying on my back or walking holding abs in?

    Hi Alex, thanks so much for your terrific feedback. I’m so glad you like my videos. Ab workouts will help tone, flatten, and strengthen your stomach. To lose weight you have to do cardio exercises like running, jogging, walking, cycling, swimming, etc. Exercises that get your heart rate pumping and then you can shed excess weight.

  19. At first I thought ‘easy, I could do this all day’ ..but it started to burn a bit by about 15 secs. Then a lot by 30 secs. By the full minute, I was shaking violently and about to give in.

    thanks a lot :] well i tried doing the side planks before and my shoulder doesnt hurt or at least i dont think so, but i was just wondering ifi it does injure or not. i think i will continue doing the side, it really helps the side of stomach a lot. im doing your excercises now everday , really helpful thanks

    Hi, I’m so glad you are enjoying my videos and finding them helpful. I have not heard that about planks, but I’m sure that if someone has a shoulder injury, they must be guarded about many exercises they perform. A person without a shoulder problem should be fine. I have never had a problem or felt anything uncomfortable in my shoulders doing this exercise. If you are worried about it, perform the forward plank and avoid the side planks because those definitely do use the arms more.
